We offer virtual individual counselling and psychotherapy services to youth and adults across Ontario, providing a safe(r), non-judgmental, and confidential space for our clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Our approach is centred on empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices to guide our clients towards their goals and help them develop a greater sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Our Team
As a therapist, I strive to be direct, honest, caring, and nonjudgmental when helping my clients navigate the complexities of life. I understand that systems and structures of power have a profound impact on one's mental health and wellbeing, and I believe that exploring how these systems relate to you through a trauma-informed, intersectional, anti-oppressive, and decolonial framework can be an important part of the healing process. My goal is to help you cultivate a greater sense of self-compassion and greater peace in the midst of a chaotic world.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to suit each client's unique story and draw from my training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. I don't see myself as an expert, but rather as a collaborator and facilitator who values the knowledge you carry. I invite you to co-create a space in which you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
A little bit about me: I’m a lifelong learner and enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. On most nights you can often find me in the kitchen trying a new recipe or catching up on my favourite reality TV shows.
